Worship With Us
About Our Service
Sharing the love of Jesus Christ is the center of everything we do at Holy Cross. This is especially true when we gather together for services. We use a communal form of worship called liturgical worship, which traces its roots back to Jesus’ day and actively involves the congregation. Certain parts of our service stay the same each week to ensure Jesus and the life in heaven He won for us is taught and praised.
Other parts of our service change each week depending on the season of the church calendar we’re celebrating. Following this calendar ensures we cover the teachings of Jesus and the important events of His life.
We Welcome Children of All Ages
Holy Cross is blessed with young families, and nurturing the faith of children is an important part of our ministry. Our pastors speak directly with them each week during the children’s sermon and we offer a weekly Sunday School program. We also invite children to enhance our services through our youth choirs and hand bell choir, and adults are invited to join our adult choir and hand bell choir.
